No Refunds Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription payments.
Due to the nature of our digital service and instant access to premium trading signals, we are unable to provide refunds once payment is processed.
Free Trial
Try before you buy. We offer a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required. Use the trial to decide if the service is right for you.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Use the
/cancel command on Discord or Telegram
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
- After your billing period ends, you will automatically be moved to the Free tier
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time
What Happens After Cancellation
When your subscription period ends:
- Your account automatically moves to the Free tier
- You retain access to free features (market news, community)
- Premium features (options flow signals) will no longer be available
- You can re-subscribe at any time using
/subscribe
Billing Issues
If you experience billing issues or unauthorized charges:
- Contact us at [email protected] or reach out to an administrator on Discord
- Provide your username and payment details
- We will investigate and resolve legitimate billing errors
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first will result in:
- Immediate revocation of access
- Permanent ban from the service
- We will contest fraudulent chargebacks with evidence
Please contact us directly to resolve any issues before disputing a charge.
