1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Profit Builders services, including our Discord server, Telegram bot, website, or any related platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services. These terms apply to all users, including free trial members and paid subscribers.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use our options trading signals and at least 21 years old to use our sports betting content (where required by law). By using our services, you confirm you meet these age requirements.

2 Service Description

Profit Builders provides AI-powered trading signals and sports betting analysis for educational and informational purposes only. Our services include:

• AI-graded options flow alerts (Grade A, B, C signals)
• Real-time unusual options activity detection
• Sports betting picks and Same Game Parlay (SGP) recommendations
• Entry, stop loss, and target price levels
• Access to our private Discord community
• Telegram instant alert notifications
• Educational content and strategy explanations

3 No Financial or Betting Advice

We are NOT registered investment advisors, broker-dealers, financial planners, or licensed gambling consultants. We do NOT provide personalized investment recommendations or portfolio management services.

You are solely responsible for your own trading and betting decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Always consult with licensed professionals before making financial decisions.

4 Subscription and Billing

• New members receive a 30-day free trial (card required, no charge until day 31) with full access
• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at $99/month after the trial
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the billing date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds for unused subscription time

5 User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Share, redistribute, or resell our signals, picks, or content
• Screenshot or copy our alerts to share publicly or privately
• Use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other members or staff
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI systems
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials
• Use automated systems or bots to access our service
• Promote competing services within our community

6 Intellectual Property

All content, signals, algorithms, AI systems, trading strategies, and materials provided through Profit Builders are our exclusive intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

7 Limitation of Liability

• Your use of or inability to use our service
• Any trading or betting decisions based on our signals or content
• Any financial losses incurred from options, securities, or sports betting
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in our content
• Unauthorized access to your account or personal data
• Service interruptions, delays, or technical issues
• Actions of other members in our community

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our service in the preceding 30 days.

8 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Profit Builders, its operators, affiliates, partners, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our service
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your trading or betting activities

9 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Sharing or redistributing our content
• Fraudulent activity or payment chargebacks
• Abusive behavior toward staff or members
• Creating multiple accounts
• Any activity we deem harmful to our community

Upon termination, you forfeit access to all services and content. No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts.

10 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

Continued use of our service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

11 Governing Law & Disputes

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against Profit Builders.
